As the date to meet our little one gets closer and closer I am experiencing what some call 'nesting.' I'd like to think its more of a 'oh crap, we have nothing prepared for the baby'-ing. So my task today was to assemble our chair for the nursery. Please note when I say nursery, I mean our office with a spare corner that will likely fit a crib.
My history with assembling furniture is spotty at best. Chris and I put together our armoir when we first got married and it took about 2 and a half days. So with IKEA's picto-directions in hand I cautiously began my journey into baby preparedness.
After about an hour of using that funny little universal tool, Chris's leatherman, and sheer grit, this is what I had to show for it.
Huzzah! IKEA your fun picture drawings are no match for me :)
