Our Favorite Restaurant

In one of our posts from before we left America, we posted a video of a guy in Hengyang going to his favorite "restaurant": http://eggfooyoungs.blogspot.com/2011/07/whats-for-dinner.html

My favorite line is when the guy says that it's all about the food here-- not about the building, fancy decor, or advertising. Well, now that we've been here for awhile, we figured it was time to post about our favorite restaurant! It is located near the new campus of our university (about a 45 minute bus ride from our apartment) so we usually only get to eat there about once a week.

One of my favorite parts about this restaurant is that you can watch them make the noodles. I think this is a "Muslim noodle" restaurant... I know I have never seen anything like this in an Italian restaurant!

And here is the final product.. so delicious!
