From the couch of Chris...
Happy Thanksgiving! Today many of you are enjoying time with family, stuffing your faces with deliciousness, and taking long naps. Such a fun time of year! While you are enjoying your day, you may wonder, "Hmmm... I wonder what Thanksgiving in China is like?" Well, let me recap our day for you! This morning started with a Skype date with my parents, followed by a half-day of working and giving a final exam, and then relaxing with Allie while we watched American TV on the internet. For Thanksgiving lunch we tried to find the best poultry we could get our hands on, and here's what we enjoyed: Kung Pow Chicken!
Don't worry though, on Saturday we are meeting up with a large group of foreigners to celebrate the tradition way! But, we wanted to take this chance to say that we are thankful for you, our supporters. Without your financial and prayer support we would not be able to serve how we are serving. We thank you for walking through this past year and a half alongside us. You are every much a part of our service in China as we are and for that, we thank you!
