From the desk of Chris....
Today we had out first full day of training. It was long and tiring, but very insightful and rewarding. One point in particular stood out to me, and it is this:
"Father, if today be my last day, let it be my best day."
I love the wisdom and truth that is in that simple statement. Let it be my best day. Let me live everyday as the best husband, the best teacher, the best friend that I have ever been. Let me live everyday as the best servant, the best follower, the best man that I have ever been.
I hope that not only my 2 years in China, but the rest of the years of my life can be filled with my best days.
