Last week one of Chris's students, Tracy, texted me and said she wanted to introduce us to many friends so that we wouldn't be lonely in China. When she found out we liked soccer, she said we could teach her and her roommates (all 7 of them) how to play. So we picked a time and Chris and I went to the field in our typical soccer shorts and dri-fit shirts. To our surprise, 14 people showed up and most of the girls were dressed in cute jeans and cropped jackets. So here's what happened.
They were surprisingly good given that many of the girls had their purses on the whole time. Afterwards they had a photo shoot with Chris and I.
It was so fun and we definitely weren't lonely :)
